A few of us in Eastbourne want to get together regularly (TVR owners) decided a mailing list might be in order, and then decided we may as well have a website too

Any suggestions for a name? We're not that fussed, I suppose every group needs a name. Origionally it was going to be just eastbourne, but why limit ourselves geographically, we were thinking...

Are there any non-ph-orgnaised related south east based TVR groups, as such? (In which case starting a south east group would be poinless)...

Harrys right.

And you can meet most of the members of all the Sussex regions and a few of the Hants crowd on Sunday locally

I figured as much. To be honest, we wanted to start a very local group, been discussing it for a month or so... for eastbourne owners

Its nice and small, 100k people, must be 10 TVR's of which 80% are likely hidden away from PH. Then it was a case of lets start a sussex group for more coverage.

Must admit I didnt check it out properly, but assumed the "South Coast" didn't actually have an east and west sussex group

Going to have a read of that thread now...

Why dont you contact Andy Davies - RO of the E Sussex TVRCC?

The egroup & website are already there, go to the meets, get to know some owners local to you & watch your social life go nuts

I know loads of TVR owners in Eastbourne - & I live 60 milles away.

See you soon??

Can any of you Eastbourne boys recommend a decent pub for the "A23 Blatters" to have lunch in? We will be running A259 from Seaford to Beachy Head, back to Friston, through Filching to Polegate and then up the A22.

Try The Golden Galleon about two miles outside Seaford on the A259 heading towards Eastbourne.

Nice pub with good food & a nice big car park - enjoy.

Anyone coming up for another beachy head meet this Sunday? We'll all be up there around 2pm.

Directions are head west out of eastbourne on the sea front road, follow the road which will eventually wind up towards beachy head, and take the only/first turning on the left at the top.

Once up there, find the "Beachy Head" pub, you'll see us in the car park

If you've emailed me and not had a reply, sorry... manic at the moment got a backlog to July 2001
