Planet X Merino wool

I've lost my Icebreaker 200g Merino base layer top, which I absolutely loved. I'm struggling to validate £70 on replacing it - anyone tried the Planet X ones? I can't stand itchy wool and don't live close enough to their shop to try one on and at half the price of the Icebreaker seem good value.

Had no issues with mine, it was a bit itchy at first, but after a wash was absolutely fine. The Mountain Warehouse ones aren't bad either.

they are far from the most breathable base layers you can get but they keep you proper toasty and they are fluffy inside!

I have got the 150g and 200g short sleeved merino bases from On One, both excellent pieces of kit and not in the slightest itchy! They are warm, wick moisture very well and don't smell - even after a few years.

I can't wear lambswool tops etc without coming up in a rash but these are fine, and in comparison to other merino baselayers in the market they are very cheap.
