I've got to finish fitting new manifold today, got the old one off, just got to grind the new one down to make it fit,if I succeed I might go there tomorrow.not
been out in it this year yet.

You haven't missed much, the weather's been pretty awful, so Austin has barely turned a wheel, and I haven't been able to do those jobs either

That's why I've been on PH so much recently.......well, it keeps me off the streets.

Good luck with the fanimold, & I hope you get some sunshine for the intensive road testing.
Just watch out for those potholes.

Southend ? It's the opposite direction to Aldeburgh? Do you prefer Jellied eels to fish & chips ?

Don't know, but Southend was very nice sun out most of the day,
stopped for a lovely roast dinner in a warm pub on the way home,
