1965 S1 4.2 FHC E-types: why such a difference in estimate?

Didn't go to this auction in the end... but I am really intrigued by the large difference between the estimates for these two cars:

They are both 1965 S1 4.2 FHCs. I can see that the more valuable one has more by way of history file, has a tan rather than black interior, and doesn't have the "comfort mods" that the less expensive one's owner has added; but do those really account for a >£20k difference?

There could of course be things that can't be seen without viewing in person; and if any of you can explain the engine differences I'd be grateful. Still, apart from "E-type prices can be silly", I'd love to hear why you think the estimates for these are so far apart.

it will be interesting to see the results, the tan re-trim isn't exactly a success (IMHO) but hardly expensive to rectify, the black trim appears tired in parts but serviceable. I suspect the difference will reflect in the quality of the restoration, which can't be told from the pics.

I can see that one of them sold for £45k+, but I can't tell which one! Does nobody know why there would be such a big difference between the two?
