This years festival is now open for registration. It's £25 for both days. I've just booked myself in (without asking my wife - oh how brave is that then!!)

It's the 4th and. 5th of May.

Some slight changes this year which will improve something that was already fantastic fun. Check out the festival website if my link.....

Booked, along with my Brother and a non TVR Friend, 3 cars, an S, my Chim and a Boxter.

Staying at the Holiday Inn this time, it was a great laugh but Bloody cold camping last year. Not sure if David is going to brave the Cottage of Content campsite yet.

See ya

have booked again for this year. Last year was great. This year there will be at least TWO V8S's, managed to get my friends in their immaculate silver one to come along. We are going to use it as a trial run for the le mans classic run we are doin in july.

be good to meet up with those we met last year. Hope the weather is as good.

Hi Mike

Please accept my apologies for the lateness of my reply, I have only just been re-united with this e-mail address!.

This year’s Festival promises to be bigger and better than last. If you visit:-

www.theopenroad.co.uk/Stratford-Festival-of-Motori...

you can find more details of the event and an on-line application form. We are receiving significant interest but spaces are still readily available (300 this year!).

Thank you for your interest, we look forward to the pleasure of your company!

Best regards

Adrian Grubb

p.s depending on the numbers of your members who apply, we might be in a position to put you all together. Can you keep me informed?

Many Thanks

I just received this e-mail from the organisers, any thoughts on the idea of being all parked together?
For and Against, then I can let him know numbers, if we go for it.
From entries on this thread it seems we have 10 or so already booked. If anyone wants B&B recommendations that have parking let me know.

Hi Mike,

Personally I think that it would be fun to all be together - I seem to remember that they did this for a few brands - Mini I think were in Bell Court.

And it will keep us away form the less desirable brands like Ferrari and Aston Martin !?! bounce

Hey, I'm not proud, I'll park with anybody.! wink
Sounds like a good idea - as long as it's easy to find that parking place,

It took over 2 hrs last year biggrin

paperbag ........... biggrin

No Mike, when we came back from the run, we found Stratford totally gridlocked.
With the gorgeous sunshine, the event was a victim of its own success.
Poor Joe was waiting for us near the finish arch for ages in the sweltering heat.

They tell me plans are in place this year to ease the problem.

They are going to sit Joe in the shade with lots of coffees & a nice French person to chat to. wink
