I am looking to recruit into my team a new Senior Desktop Support person. The role is based in Chingford and is working for a well known Charity, The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package with lots of training for the right person. Looking for someone with a good few years real world experience, bits of paper not needed but would be nice.

Senior Service Desk Analyst
Location: Gilwell Park, Chingford (with travel to other sites as needed)
Contact Type: Permanent
Salary: 25,570 Inc Outer London Weighting
Benefits: Complimentary Lunch, Pension Scheme, Simply Health medical plan and free parking
Job Role;
The Senior IT Service Desk Analyst will provide first and second line technical support to internal staff and deal with any escalated support calls from within the Service Desk. They will also assist the Infrastructure team in daily monitoring of systems and engage in Infrastructure projects and tasks. The successful candidate will require an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of problems which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues. There is also a range of administration duties within this role. Coverage includes the HQ site at Gilwell as well as remote users at other offices and home workers.
