Anyone got flu at the moment?

Feel the worst I ever have. Few others at work have it to.

Streaming eyes, bad headache, sick, dry cough, throat feels like sandpaper. No energy. Cant sleep. Fever. No appetite.

When it goes I'm gonna have the biggest curry I've ever had!

I wouldn't classify it as Flu - but I have had a very heavy cold and sinus infection for two weeks now.
It came on a day after I did a days riding at Cannock Chase. I gradually got better towards the weekend so went out for a ride on Sunday which made me feel loads better.
Then on Monday i felt worse than ever.

Rest is clearly what's required.

I had a bought of 'man-flu' a couple of weeks back, so no training for 2 weeks and went back at it this weekend and was amazed at how quickly my fitness had evaporated!

So many people I know have a cold and Say "I've got the flu" Massive difference!Only had flu once and boy was that different to a heavy cold.

Heavy cold for 5 days now.

Itching to get out on the bike but have zero energy!

Haven't been on a bike since Saturday, I was pushing 140 miles a week, on and off road.

Cue a bout of food poisoning and venting at both ends, first day of being up and wearing clothes. Giving some serious thought to mountain biking tonight.... Kill or cure...

I've just ordered lots of Sambucol Extra Defence. Most reviews for even the standard Sambucol look good.

No flu, but a lingering cold which I hope this will sort out (at a price!)

I read a test of flu is the tenner test... if you can't walk out of the house to pick up £10 off of the floor, you have the flu...
