Getting your ideal private plate

Hi Guys,

I have recently got myself a private plate (P111 NKK) for the bargain price of £250 from the DVLA. In preparation for the other cars in my (future*) fantasy garage I would like to get P1 NKK and P11 NKK. As these have already been issued by the DVLA and are not advertised by the other registration companies (i.e new reg) they must already be assigned to a driver. Is there anyway of contacting the owners of these plates to register your interest should they ever decide to sell?

I think you can get the info from the DVLA, on payment of a small fee.
