I noticed the other day that one of the windscreen washers was not working. Cleaning the car tonight I noticed the black rubber pipe is broken close to the arm of the wiper, also the black plastic cover on the arm is missing.
Firstly where can I get a new black plastic cover.
Second how do I fix the washer hose pipe, it does not look an easy fix, to replace the hose having followed the line under the windscreen but maybe wrong. I do have a bonnet conversion which does make life a little easier. My first thought is to find a small airline connector from a fish tank air line and join the two halves. The hose does not look perished.
Alternatively is there an upgrade available, what have you done and how has it improved things.

Go to scrapyard, buy washer jets from car of your choice (I like Subaru ones) and install on scuttle panel. Hose and connectors easily available from Europa, Demon Tweeks etc. Easy to do and much better than wiper mounted especially when its frosty

The plastic covers were removed from the arms by TVR as they rub on the edge of bonnet.

The black cover is meant to be missing John as there isn't enough room for it to fit. You can buy inline pipe connectors from most car shops
Racing Green do a twin jet upgrade instead of the loop pipe that I find looks and works quite well

The central wiper arm doesn't usually have a cover as said before, it helps clear the bonnet.

I replaced the washer hose on mine with silicone tube from the washer bottle all the way through to the wipers. The plastic stuff goes brittle with the engine heat and eventually fails, 4 years on and the silicone stuff still looks like new.

Cut a flat on the centre bonnet stay and the plastic cover on the passenger side fits a treat, but normally a Tuscan has one on the drivers side. Most T-cars (Sags,T350,Tamora) don't have any if you notice.
I got fed up of the plastic tube (passenger side ) melting , if not installed correctly, so put Leven wiper blades on with the spray bars, no need to change the arms as the Leven ones are identical to TVRs.

I've got these on mine. I tried fitting jets to the scuttle panel but found the wiper arms got in the way of the spray so changed to the Storm ones.
