Yes, it's mostly in Norwegian but the job descriptions are in English. Interviews will be in English and you don't need to speak anything but English.
4 Years in a foreign country with most oil companies means that when/if you transfer to the UK you can/may come back on tax free expat status if the job allows - though this is never guaranteed.
