Unwilling to take Winter 991 GT3 slot, want a Summer slot?

Hi All,

Just a speculative post asking if anyone would like to swap their GT3 slot for a spring/summer build slot, or maybe buy a Turbo instead, or just feeling like life would be better without a new GT3?

We have a 991 GT3 deposit with North West OPC, fifth in queue but not expecting to receive the car until May. In spirit of full disclosure, the order is not confirmed.

I have a January Build slot which I may defer or even release now I have the Lambo LP570-4 Performante but I think my OPC wants to keep it in house and not lose the allocation.

Not sure what I'm going to do yet, may take it for a couple of weeks and just flip it for a premium if one exists

Can't justify 3 sunday am toys and the F355 GTS is a keeper and I can't see a way that the GT3 gets near the Lambo for how and when I personally use the car. Everyone justs says its another Porsche, albeit a GT3 and you have already ticked the 911 box.

I know its an epic sports car but I don't see it as a supercar regardless of any stats. Maybe there are just too many Porsches down my way for it to warrant SUPERCAR status.

The intention was always to run the GT3 for 6 -12 months before buying a supercar but when the Lambo came up it was a case of if I didn't buy it now it would probably be more expensive in the summer 2014 if you could even find one. Afterall Its 1 of only 4 in the UK LP570-4 Performante Edizione Tecnica's in Rosso Mars Red

Hoping that someone really does want to defer their delivery until more options become available or just want a summer factory pickup. I would hate to add to the speculative business when all I want to do is drive the car, but I would cover any costs for the swap.

I wish it was. Its tough earning a decent crust down here but then its a nice place to live and drive.

Gets a bit embarrassing when I can only afford £20 petrol at a time and when people ask me if its mine I just say I'm the valeter.

You can fit at least 4 Japanese girls into the GT3, 2 in the lambo if they ride double barreled in the passenger seat.

One good reason not to have the club sport option in the '3 - IMHO

A Turbo would be at least 6 then, I love the idea of car filled with Japanese chicks. Although seeing as wifey is Japanese, I may be biased.
