Milton Keynes body work reccomendations

I would like some paint work and dent removal work done on my car.
Basically some scrote tried to steal my wheels on my e39 bmw the other day, as they couldn't get their jack beneath the jack points, it appears they have tried jacking it from the side skirt....leaving a really annoying and obvious dent and a 5mm x 10mm scratch down to the metal where the stand made contact with the skirt. The upside is they didn't get the wheels...
Right, so that out the way, I need recommendations on body shops that would be able to make a decent cost effective job of this in Milton Keynes.
If any of you have used and can recommend somewhere feel free to mention it in this thread or pm me if you would prefer.
