Gotta be more fun than Primula-1. And at £35 for 3day ticket, it's gotta be much better value than the Berniefest.

I'll be going if Mrs CarZee can be persuaded what a splendid idea it is

Dates 26/27/28 July.

Be there or be none the wiser.

I've been going for the last three years and always get a grandstand ticket, that way you a decent seat - well what do you expect when 120,000 people are there as well. The atmosphere is always great and the weather has been glorious. Top tips, they have run out of drinking water on the last two occasions when the weather was hot, if you can get there on a motorbike do it or its hell trying to get in and out in a car, stay to watch the side-car racing to avoid most of the punters leaving straight after the second superbike race, avoid the Dartford crossing after the racing has finished.

The first time I took my girlfriend I had to explain the different types of bikes racing and who to support - now she supports Neil Hodgeson and hates Colin Edwards, she knows who Jamie Whittam is and enjoys watching the all bike racing on TV - she even knows who Rossi is.............

I have been there 3 years in a row. The first time in a car a mistake I shall never make again. Personally, if i can't go on a bike for whatever reason i will there till after dark. And always carry your own refreshments that way you avoid the terrible queues for drinks.

Carzee top tip if you can remeber the way in through the lanes that I took when we went out for the tuscans use it, make sure you take the "disposable car" and drive it into a hedge before you you reach the scratchers lane junction under the M20, then walk up to paddock entrance, it is the only way you will get in a out without too much agg. If you need directions give me a ring, but I won't be going this year as I'm testing at Pembrey Fri/Sat and will be too pissed in a crappy welsh nightclub to make it back before sunday late afternoon.

I will be there for the 4th year in a row. Best meeting of the year for any Motorsport in this country.

For the first time ever I have a grandstand seat as the people I am going with this year always have them. I normally go to the South Bank 'cos of the atmosphere.

I'm an Octagon 2 wheeled season ticket holder and will be there as every year on Fri, Sat & Sun.

I am also able to get a couple of free tickets for the weekend probably if anyone interested as we supply the beer email me if you haven't get any yet and the first to hit my inbox I will endeavour to sort out. The friends I'm going with this year are using my parents season tickets so they'll probably be going spare...

There's a fine offer !!

My top tip for Brands - After the racing on Sunday stroll to the Kentagon Bar behind the pits and sit there with a few beers in the evening sunshine and join in cheering at every truck that leaves. Then cheer at everything that goes past including pushbikes until around 9'ish and then go to your car and drive home without having had to queue at all !!! Worked a treat last year as the weather was so good.

Cheers

Mark

You can stay after the sidecar race if you like but you'll be sleeping over !!!

They have moved the sidecars this season (all rounds) to the Saturday and not on the Sunday. Crap I know !!!!

Cheers

I'll be there

Made the mistake of going by car 2 years ago (had to take 3 people with me), took me 2 hours to get out car park

Mind you the year before took over 1 hour from circuit to Dartford tunnel (on bike), with the Dukes temp guage on max (120c) all the time, hottest day of the year, tarmac melting & peeling off, sweating my b*****ks off and wearing me clutch hand out (b*****d heavy Ducati clutch!) was paranoid it would die on me in the tunnel - it didn't but the next day the clutch went for a sh1t!

Great day out though and at least you can find some shade to sit in, not like Donington.
