Change of Bike - Blade, ZX9 / Trumpet ST !

I fancy a power upgrade and a better fairing for my 6'2" frame.

i currently have a CBR600FX, which handles great, is built really well, but doesnt quite have the same go as my old ZZR600.

The fairing is a little small for me at over legal speeds, and my 1400 mile trip back from Morrocoo in May was tiring with the added stress and wind noise.

So.....

I am thinking about a new machine ( but a used bike).

The New ( new) bikes have seats like a workmans banch and are a little extreme for me, so i thought of a list of bikes with good fairing, a strong engine, and one that cn be taken on the odd trip to Spain, Italy etc etc...

So i thought

Brnad New / Nearly new ZX9R

2002, Used Honda Fireblade

2005 Version of Trumpets new St1050 ?

Has any one got positive / negative things to say on either ?

Had an 02 Blade before the 04 - top bike but the seat was slightly hard on long distance travel (eg. Le Harve > Nogaro). Mate of mine had an issue with this & got the gel filling - you send your seat away & they send it back by retur with this compound in - apparently it's wicked for those with a delicate posterior! lol
