Tracking - Where to get it fixed?

Can't recommend anywhere near Guildford. But I can recommend that you only take it to a Nissan dealer with the correct equipment, even if it means journey to get there.
My local Subaru dealer doesn't have the kit to do wheel alignment. They recommended an independent "specialist" who claimed he would set my Impreza up to the manufacturer's specifications. I came away with a 4WD car handling like a rear wheel drive and over steering all over the place in the wet. Within 2 days I was being towed out of a ditch.
Now I make a 130 mile round trip to a fully equipped Subaru dealer in Cambridgeshire for any wheel alignment work. It wastes half a day but the car always comes back handling absolutely spot on.

Which dealer is it?
Don’t know exactly why the tracking is difficult on Imprezas. After my ditch experience I called Prodrive and spoke to one of their Subaru mechanics who told me that Imprezas are very sensitive to even the slightest misalignment. I forget exactly what he said as it’s over a year ago now, but I seem to remember the fact they are “all wheel drive” may have something to do with it.
After mine had been repaired (and the alignment set by the crash repair company the insurance company insisted on using), the over steer had gone but there was some instability above 120mph which was a little frightening sometimes. That’s when I decided to take it to Welch Group Subaru in Great Shelford near Cambridge. They have an alignment guru (think his name might be Darren or Darrell) who spent a whole morning road testing it, tweaking it a little and testing it again. He cured the high speed instability and they only charged me £50 which I thought was very reasonable considering how much time he’d spent on it.
