I have recently spotted a rather 'interestingly' coloured 996TT parked in Grosvenor Square..

It is a sort of TVR-esque Pink Champagne chromaflair colour....

Arabic reg plate with just the number '1' on it so it must be some Arab prince or sheik as I know the lower the number the more important you are over there...

Very eye catching indeed!!

If i have my camera with me I'll try to snap a piccy..

I'm sure I spotted a pink 996 on U.S. airforce satellite photos of the Afghan desert during the bombing campaign!

Quick - tell the CIA - Osama's in London.

That is a wicked plate!!

My GF would kill for that!!! If you ever want to sell it or swap for '180 MPH' let me know!!
(It is actually L80 MPH but looks like 180 MPH easily - I had L60 MPH on my Chim and it looked pretty good to my eyes)

Cheers Hughjayteens (where did that nickname come from!?)

I think I'll be keeping the plate for the forseeable future but you will be the first to know if I do decide to sell it.

The plate was just £250 from the DVLA (inc VAT and £80 transfer fee) - can't be bad! Am now looking out for P1 NKK and P11 NKK for my next two TVRs (soon I hope!).

Cheers
