I'm almost certain I'll not make the *cough cough* convoy as at this rate I'll not be leaving the office darn sarf until late afternoon/early evening Friday..

Currently planning on leaving Sheffield probably sometime after midday on Sat, to arrive in time for the pre pre pre dinner drinks, (but hopefully a bit earlier in time for daylight tyre kicking).

Anyone else likely to be heading that way about the same time?

Is this the strategy for making the starter this year ?

I will still be with the main contingent as I want to get to the bar or go for a swim in the early afternoon.

IF we can make it I'm guessing that we won't make the early convoy so could be interested in meeting up. If all goes to plan I should know what's going on later today.

Menu looks better this year..

New job slightly more demanding than the last one.. Left the office 9 last night, was in before 8 today. Same for last couple of days.

Someone managed to get enough knowledge about planning into my head for me to blagg my way into a programme planning contract.

Ok, you lot can stop pissing yourselves laughing and pick yourself up off the floor now.. :

Providing I manage to put the RedBull into me and the RedEx into my car rather than the other way around, I ought to make the party in time for pre dinner drinks..

Fingers crossed.. Flexible about time, as long as I get there in time for at least 1 pre dinner drink..

We are intending to leave Sheffield at around 2:00pm after Harry gets picked up. Could meet around J30/29 if you are around then

Sounds good..

I won't know for sure until I'm packed and ready to leave, (hang on, I'm drving the S - until I've started the car and got at least 100 yards), but how about a pitstop at Donnington about 2.30 for all to meet up?

Looking like cars to look out for are:

Any more?

Simon - we cannot leave until 1pm. so I would be happy to meet you at Woodall services at any time you like after that and pootle down to Donington - I've got to deliver the kids to their mother at about 12.30, hence the delay.

Let me know if you are interested - and Chim girl - would you like to meet at Woodall sometime between 1 and 2 p.m?
