Cad drawings of london underground tubes/trains

as the title says really, I am tring to find (with no luck so far) some CAD drawings or 3d versions of the london tubes, does anyone know where i could find any?

sorry I should have been more clear, I am after the trains.
I am hoping to have something like this made but of the District line surface stock.
