Hi all,

Think this is in the right place..

I have just been offered a job by company B, based in Central London - the contract says London Weighting will be paid at £1,900 per annum. Fair enough.
I am currently employed by company A, based in Uxbridge, West(ish) London - and I am currently being paid £3,400 London Weighting per annum.

The reason i'm here is because google seems to keep referring to civil servants etc, who sets the numbers of London Weighting?

Can anyone help?!

Thanks all.

The companies do. Hence why they are different.
