LED Lamp Voltage

Morning all,

I have a front cycle light the same as (or very similar and re-branded) this:

but having had it for several years, the battery pack is now fubar. I have found replacements available at £20-ish, but they come in both 3.7v and 7.2v versions - and since my battery is knackered, I can't measure the voltage to find which one I need! I believe LEDs are not TOO fussy about voltage but don't want to overcook it. Does anyone know which voltage these run, or does anyone have this or similar which they could measure the output voltage for me please?

Could also be 4.2v or 8.4v

Might as well buy the whole lot tbh, this looks like current best buy (from a UK seller). 4-cell 8.4v, many users of this here. £17.69 delivered.

Thanks Richard - blimey that's cheap! Whole setup cheaper than a battery pack?? And I paid something like £99 when I originally bought mine....
