My xenons are self leveling but only illuminate maybe 30 ft ahead which makes it difficult to drive without high beam (which isn't briliant either).

The low beam is blue white but the high beam is a brownish light.

Anyone else have this and can the self leveling be adjusted up by the dealer?

sounds like a dealer job to me. My 3200 has an adjuster or the dash allowing me to set the angle...
If you can only see 20 yards then its time to go and give them a talking to!!

I think that the 4200 cost option lights are not bi-xenon. If so then the dipped is xenon (blue) and the main beam is normal (yellowish). As for the levelling, I thought that all xenon equiped cars had self levelling. It might be out though - should be easy to fix at the dealer.

Yes, I checked last night, the dipped are xenon and the mains are not. I'll speak to the dealer about lifting them. It could be adjusted on my previous M3.
