This is the Aldi stand and well thought of.

I have one of the £30 ebay jobbies (as linked above).

Its ok. It does the job. Its not super strong, however its ideal for normal home mechanics. If you're going to be using it regularly, I'd recommend spending a little more and going for the more expensive option. I only use mine once every couple of weeks.

I have the Ribble one (made by Rayleigh). It is very strong and very stable.

The others that I looked at, such as the Aldi one, were very inferior.

It also folds up very small, which pleases wives/gfs.

I have one of those. It is pretty good. Only if you have a really tight nut does it tend to flex a little bit too much.

Folds up small and opens out easily. I paid £30 for mine at Aldi.

To update.

I did a search for "the raleigh one", (well not quite but you get the picture!), which lead me back to the Bay. It also lead me to the same seller that I was looking at but a different product. Namely:-

So for £35 I gave it a go and it arrived today. First impression is very good. Good quality fittings nicely made and should easily hold my 25lb full susser. The proof of course is when I mount the bike onto it but at the moment I am very happy with the purchase.
