Car check Abu Dhabi?

Anyone know if there is a "gear one" type place in Abu Dhabi I could get a private sale car checked out at? Nothing exotic, just a "no sir, this car hasn't been on it's roof and badly repaired by Al dodgydodgers garage in Al Quoz" type check.
