Key in, turn ingition on but not engine.
Leave for 60 secs.
Turn off ignition for >10 seconds
To move transmission maps you need to move the throttle pedal further, quicker - this will move the adaption to a sportier map. The harder the car is driven the sportier the map. cruise around on light throttle for a while and the map will be shifted progressively back towards economy/comfort. To benefit from more engine braking (at roundabouts for example) just before you back off the throttle, blip the throttle; not a press/roll action but as above,a 'stab' motion this will bring the transmission down to the best gear for control and a progressive exit from the roundabout (works with PDK in Auto mode too).
