They changed concierge service recently and the new guys suck a$$.
I seem to be the only person upset tho...

Yes, have one, not sure it's worth the annual fee as in my case I hardly use the concierge,the few times I have they have been great though....

Have you seen anyone else online saying they are terrible? I'm trying to discern if there is a nucleus of people who can get together to tell Natwest how bad they are and get them to consider swapping back. I have made independent enquiries about who else uses the previous provider (the good one) and the concierge for Visa Infinite and Capital One Aspire do. HSBC Premiere do as well.
Personally I found the old service invaluable, reliable and intelligent

I kicked up a fuss and they made some attempts to improve but it's still dire. They also have a fair use policy of only 40 requests per year which would be fine but I fly a lot and organised all my travel through them. In the words of Woody Allen: The food's terrible, and such small portions!

chucked it when last annual charge came in-only used couple of times so waste of my money but when rung to cancel 1 day after dd came out refused to refund not even partially and made no attempt to keep my custom

We make heavy use of the included stuff, priority pass, travel insurance (very comprehensive, have claimed a few times)
Also rental waver insurance (not claimed on that yet..)
Extended warranty.. signed up for a few odds and sods they give you a year extra for free
Oh and the breakdown cover which I have used twice I think. Or maybe once when the trans died during a burnout
