Fast rolling tyres

Right I bought some schwalbe Hans damps for my trek thinking they would be the best all round tyre. Anyway,yeah they are grippy, but my god they're slow and draggy. Any recommend tyres for forest conditions?

HD front Nobby Nic rear seems a popular combo for grip up front and easier rolling back. Just spend a few years reading all the tyre opinions out there

Conti 2.2 Rubber Queens (ones made in Germany, not the OE Taiwanese ones). Grip really well in loose conditions, roll fast - there Achilles heal is the carcass is very thin so they can tear if you run too low pressure and if you're really cracking on in the dry they squirm about.

Virtually all I ride is forest and currently have Nobby Nic on front and a Ralph out back.

When its gets a bit wet I'll put a Nic on the back as well. All are PaceStar compound

Maxxis Crossmarks, good grip and fast roll.

I have a Michelin Wild Race'R on mine and that's definitely a quick roller. Nice shallow tread and still good off road.

Specialized Ground Control. Been using them for ages now with no problems.
