Short answer - Yes!
Depends when you want to use the car though. A standard garage/home use charger supplying about 6 Amps, will put enough into the battery for a start after 6-8 hours from the battery being 'flat'.
The in-car types are designed to be left connected to the mains and car for long periods and 'cycle' the battery to prevent chemical degradation...and tend to be kinder/resurrect batteries by virtue of their smaller current input and their ability to cycle whilst charging.
