Lloyds/TSB problem. Any ideas? Gentle rant/explanation
Discussion
I had an ISA and have a current account with Lloyds. Now the ISA is with TSB.
As a result I logged into it on internet banking to transfer money to the current account for withdrawal only to find that now TSB have the ISA.
I then logged into the TSB account to find that I can't transfer money to anything other than another TSB account.
So I phoned them to demand that they transfer my money and they simply don't seem to see it as a priority. They told me to go into a branch, but as they don't seem to have any in Moscow that seems impossible at the moment.
The man on the phone also didn't really see it as anything other than my fault, despite the fact that an account into which I regularly deposited and withdrew has just been closed to me.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can get the money out?
And in the longer term I'm going to move it to another bank. I've never had anything other than problems with Lloyds/TSB.
