if it's anything like the other 911 drilled airbox conversions, it will make the airbox sound a little louder but make hardly any difference to noticeable performance

when in conjunction with an exhaust and remapped chip, you may liberate a couple of extra bhp when using a drilled airbox/KN, but it isn't a massive go faster solution

I like KN filters simply because you buy them once, rather than replace them at service intervals, so they pay for themselves within two or three 'filter' services

yeah, don't worry about it, running on Optimax or kicking out your passenger will make much more of a performance difference

My only advice is drill it, don;t buy it.

The worst £85 investment I ever made was buying a 'racing drilled airbox'. They're the same bloody thing as normal but with a few holes in the middle.

Get ya Black and Decker out and achieve the same result.

ps: Get the k&n too, that makes more of a diference.
