Bird sanctuary/charity/carer needed in Herts asap !!!

My cat has brought in this wild bird last night (unharmed) and I really need to pass it onto someone who can look after it. I don’t know where the cat got it from and I don’t want to leave it just anywhere to die.

I don’t know what it is, it sort of looks like some kind of water bird, it is a fledgling. It sort of looks like a pigeon but has a long beak.

Anyone know of a charity in Hertfordshire I can call to take in and care for it please?
