Second Interview

I'm having a second interview next week and i am desperate to get it as it is for a company I've been trying to get into for while.

Had my first interview last week and been invited along for a second next week. First interview obviously went great and we discussed my history and achievements in my current role. It seemed to be a fairly easy interview so I'm now thinking the tough questions will now be coming and mainly about how I will fit within the company.

Any ideas what may be ask so I can prepare? I will be managing a team of four, all of whom are 40+ (I am only 28) so I've got a gut feeling most questions will centre around this.
