7" or 7.5"?

Hi all,

Looking to buy an LSD for the S. I'm led to believe most S series' have the 7.5" diff fitted, but does anyone know it's all, or just most!

In other words, can I find out without putting my car on the ramp?

I am pretty sure they all have a 7.5 although the internals of a 7 and 7.5 are very similar.

7.5" quaife ATB on mine

Should has also said a 7" can fit with spacers but any 7.5" should be a straight swap so long and the drive shaft flanges are 100mm. Beware the Sierra Cosworth LSD with larger drive flanges, although again these can be swapped..

I think I have some 100mm drive flanges from my old non lsd diff in the garage.

Yep all 7.5 afaik but I've fitted a 7 with a spacer and one long bolt as opposed two shorter ones
