I declared war on Garlick once, but climbed down when we were assured that things were progressing. I can see I'm going to have to issue a UN resolution to try to get things moving again

Didn't read those epic threads. Hopefully they are progressing to a simpler system where you can order them from them PH shop rather than having to put your name down on a list.

Cycling clubs manage it that way...

The list was more of an unofficial "please take our money" :-)
They were in the shop at one point in the dim and distant past.....
