Any one ever heard of Adventure branded bikes?

I am looking for a 20 inch wheeled bike for my son and have been looking at E Bay for Specialized Hotrock 20's or Ridgeback MX20'S. Both of these seem to be around the £250 mark new, and on ebay range from £100 to £180 second hand.

I was looking at my local bike shops website and noticed that they sell a brand of bike called Adventure. The 20 inch wheeled version with a lifetime warranty is £189.99.

This is not a brand of bike I have ever heard of, has any one any experience (good or bad) with this manufacturer?
They look very similar to the Specialzed and Ridgeback products, with branded components they appear to my untrained eye to offer good value.
