2nd Interview

I had an interview yesterday (Competency Based) and used some old threads on here to get some advice on how to prepare. I wasn't sure how well I had done (some bits good others I felt I could have done better) but I have been invited back for a 2nd Interview

Are there specific tips for 2nd Interviews? Or just prepare as per the first?

They normally tell you what they are looking for. I'd expect HR to be involved.
During my recent run of interviews the 3 I went to 2nd stage were 2 with presentations to various sorts (normally with HR) and one which had a more technical approach.
This was for reasonably senior pre-sales/solution architect type roles.

OK cheers, the agency advised me that the first one would be competency based so am hoping for similar information about the 2nd stage

Its for a BA type role

Am praying I don't have to do a presentation
