I don't even know why I started thinking about this but years ago, circa mid '90s, I was really into MTB'ing. There was a guy who was always on the cover Mountain Biking UK and was always at the shows like one at Crystal Palace. He used to do loads of tricks and hopping on and off massive rocks, wheelies with the back wheel in the air and things like. Was quite well known at the time.
Any ideas what his name was? Its bugging me now.

Sounds like a Trials rider, rather than a Downhiller like Peaty, Palmer or Warner. I have a vivid memory of him doing a rear wheel in the air wheelie with his feet off the pedals and forwards of the bike.
Feet off wheelies sounds like Hans (no way) Ray, but my money is on one of the Martins.
