But the day itself was good. It has evolved over the years into what is probably the best track day on these Islands and I for one hope to be there in 2014. Now give us a possible date so we can begin planning.

I guess most would agree that this year was not up to the high standard of those that came before but with the circuit owners taking on the running themselves next year, I think that we can be optimistic it will be back to its best. A big thumbs up for Melv for keeping the RS day alive and putting in all the effort he does to run this for us.

So 2013 was organised by P-o-T. Membership was taken for a variety of promised events, and yet there was no further communication from PoT to the members who paid them a fee. Did any of their other promised events happen? Or was the membership fee paid for nought?

As said above, it's the circuit owners (Motorsport Vision).

Actually two bridges now at Oulton, new one erected for this season just after Deer leap... the Park is densely populated with superb large old Oaks etc so no need to hide & get cammo'd up to the max like Ray Mears huh...?

As a regular at my home track over the last twenty years, the intervention of MSV doing their own days has been great IMHO, they usually only book 40/50 cars max OPL. Also they offer a discount code to regulars which means the pricing is that cheap many more days are accessible to us..



Last week glorious weather on a Tuesday and we virtually had the track to ourselves apart from a handful of the Caterham lads using the trackday to set their cars up for this weekends Caterham race.. We will be competing in it for the first time in our new toy
