Tuscan Wheel, sizes? Also would these wheels look ok?
Discussion
Odd sizes or just S/Red Rose size?
I've got 8.5" wide wheels... Yet I was expecting 8"
I heard some were running 265's on the rear, on what size rims would that be? 9's?
Finally, how about these on a tuscan? I'm trying to reduce the unsprung weight as much as possible! Can't justify forged alloys, currently waiting for a weight on these.

Cosmetically they are similar to the sp12, which seem popular
8kgs each!! Quite a drop from the 12-13kg spiders!!

8.5 is correct for the spiders - this is the only width they are available in I believe.
I run 265 on the back and 235 front with a 9" and 8" respectively - OZ Ultraleggara. They are a good quality wheel, available in right offsets and fitting (so I assume the Alleggerita would be OK also) and about the same weight as SP12.

Ah, sorry...
You're probably best of speaking with ACT (I think they still sell the SP12)... they'll know off the top of their heads.
TVR Power no longer sell the SP12, I asked a couple of weeks ago.
Unless you're particularly in love with the SP12 in my mind there's better options out there. I've still not taken the plunge as other stuff has stopped me blowing a wedge on stuff like wheels... there's lighter and better looking stuff.
I love the look of the standard spiders, and I love a standard looking car but some of the super light stuff that's available from the likes of OZ etc. should make the a big improvement to the characteristics of the car when you're pressing on.
Next year hopefully...
