Just a very quick thank you to Tim. I have been a so busy of late that I forgot to post my recent dealing with him. I have been dealing with Tim for a number of years now and I recently needed his assistance on a few bits and pieces and the man was a pure gent.

He assisted me every way possible and there was virtually NO financial gain in it for the man. It' s always nice when the dealers / specialist help out. This is just one of the many reasons why we love TVR, a small family were everyone knows everyone.

Moto of the story don't go burning bridges!!!!!!!!! and most important love TVR irrelevant what you got under the bonnet.

Absolutely agree with you, I've been dealing with Tim for years now and he's always gone way beyond the call of duty to help me out; without doubt one of the best guys I've dealt with - and not just in the car world. If you're into modifying TVRs, he's one of the few guys I would always trust, and that's saying a lot in the car game.

I used ACT for the first time recently and the service was just amazing. I genuinely didn't expect an e-mail I sent at 11PM to be replied to that same night (who would??).

I thought service like that was gone for good, it's just so gratifying to see it's alive and well..

And no, I don't think it's set an expectation that I'll always get a reply by midnight the same day, Tim has to sleep sometime (I assume)..

I had an issue with a cracked exhaust, Tim replied whilst on holiday! Top company which is why I always recommend ACT.

I have bought many of Tim's products over the years, always an absolute pleasure to deal with. There is never a hard sell and he is very honest about the capabilities of his products.
