I'm at the point of wiring up my 24v cossy to the S1.5. Does the original S have a one wire to sensor?

Also anyone with a 24v : does the oil pressure sendor have one wire to the gauge / light?

Yes, it earths through the body of the sender although some from what I read on here have fitted replacement senders that require an earth wire.

Have you considered fitting a "proper" oil pressure gauge fed by a capillary pipe from the engine, rather than a (often none to accurate) electric gauge scratchchin

This sort of thing although I'd prefer a flexible braided type hose/pipe.

Yes....I have an old Smiths gauge .....only need the connecting tube - only the other gauges have TVR logo
