Basso Devil Zenon

[RobGT81]

I was looking at a Felt F95 for a first road bike with the discounts on Wiggle and spotted this 2012 Basso Devil. Haven't really heard much about them, whats the general PH opinion? Comes with a Campagnolo Zenon group set, which I guess is much like the Sora? Seems a good price, obviously older than the Felts and others on sale right now. Are they good frames to start with and use to upgrade? Looks tidy anyway!
