Did anyone actually have a good weekend?

Mattjbatch has a telegraph pole/Fiesta interface , ap smith bins his Subaru , Nubbin has his stereo nicked and Tamora vandalised by scrotes , the cheating German spoonface wins at Silverstone despite overtaking in the pit lane , it rains all day Sunday, Mrs Imelda makes me go shopping with her on Saturday ..........

We had a BBQ on Sunday and the rain held off all day (was even sunny at times), so had a great weekend thanks!

Indeed - weekend was good..

Bracknell Festival on Friday night - saw Lamb - marvellous

Saturday & Sunday quite relaxing and spent a lot of time outside without getting wet.. held one barbecue and attended another.. (as above). And won at Croquet And drank lots of beer.

Discovered that Mrs CarZee couldn't drive a Corrado without the assistance of a child seat This was the only downside of the weekend. So now I must now turn my attentions to other suitbale cars, so I'll be looking at 200SXs this week.

Corking weekend as it happens. Best friend got married in the Cotswolds so all round good fun. However, just back after a week and a half on holiday and really need another one to recover!

I still say we didn't try hard enough. I'm sure with a few adjustments (mini-stilts?) we could have come up with something workable.
You could also try a smaller wheel and a shorter boss.

Not exactly, having arranged with the builders to complete the outstanding work on Saturday they failed to finish so I agreed 7.30 to 8.00 Sunday morning.... 06.15 they are ringing the gate bell.....on a Sunday!

The problem is the overall seat height - cannot high up enough to get a view of the dimensions of the car. To quote herself, "I'd end up scraping it along stuff when I'm parking."

So now that's said, it'd be my fault.

My options are (i) Different Seats (ii) Proximity sensors all round (iii) Different Car.

Mine consisted of collecting a new bathroom suite, shopping for plumbing supplies, mowing the lawn, buying some new floorboards and stuff for the bathroom, and washing 3 of the cars.. only interspersed with food and beer breaks..

Quite enjoyed it though actually.. any guesses what I'll be doing for the next weekend or two :P

Cheers
Matt.

Mrs Don watched Wimbledon and I had to negotiate (albeit successfully) to watch the Grand Prix. Interesting race - although DC's apalling luck/tyre choices were a bit of a downer. Bum!

Woke up this morning. Back at work. Blurgh! I need a holiday I think. Still...Karting on Wednesday and PCGB Track Day at Silverstone on the Friday. Coooool.
