A friend has mentioned he is claiming on a CC with this company. I have urged him to do the claim himself, although he doesn't use the internet. Their percentage seems a little high to me plus I've just googled them and the feedback doesn't look that good.

Anyone had any personal dealings with them ?

If you've been missold you can claim yourself and cut out the jackals. I'm bloody sick of all these outfits jumping on whatever bandwaggon happens to be going past. Gold, PPI, Accidents, Solar panels. All parasites.

Tell your friend to claim himself, it is honestly just a couple of letters (template's are on the web) this way he wont lose 15-30% commision to them plus VAT!

But above alot easier than thought and more beneficial to do it yourself

The standard procedure is just filling in a couple of forms and maybe doing a letter. Just dead easy, as the target company would wish it to be. Avoid the parasites, get your full 100%.
