Anyone know what the hell is going on at night on the M4 between J13 (A34) and J14 (A338) westbound???
I queued for over 1.5hrs on Friday night to get through less than 50m of roadworks - looked like they were cutting into the carriageway to lay down sensing cables... The road was down to 1 lane. Avoid!!!
