Mini 2002 jcw noise problem r53

Hi can you help us. Purchased the above with a clicking sound on idle out of gear. Removed belt to find noise stops thus noise is coming from water pump or supercharger. Have stripped off w pump but looks to be in good condition and no play or float. Supercharger output shart has slight play when rotating w pump gear. Is this normal ie play. If not who in the uk rebuild these s chargers and price plz. Also if I buy a eaton a chsrger from e bay is the s the same as the jcw charger? Thanks for your reply and sorry about all the questions but I am new to the mini world.

The oil dose need changing but if it is starting to make a noise somthing may be up. The S.C. are the same, but I think the pully on the jcw is diffrent (Not 100%).
