Hi all,

Have a scuff on the corner of my van bumper, and of course, its scratched the paint back to the plastic.

Thing is, they just spray a standard bumper so i guess the paint doesn't stand much of a chance.

Does anyone know of a good repairer either in the Ringwood area or Dorset?

I have had the chips away people out before to do the car, but TBH they didn't really do a good job on the bumper of the car. Trouble being, is that it wasn't really noticeable unless the sun was directly on it.

Anyway, I see there is a company called BUMP! and i seem to remember their ads on the radio a while back.

Thanks in advance

Westover Body Repairs on the Nuffield (possibly the same place as above but maybe not) did an excellent job on my old Note when it got keyed (metallic copper colour) I'd highly recommend them. I know people who have used bump and not been impressed by their work.

Don't go to bump, with one of my old Z3M's I asked for a single rim refurbish and to prime the boot with PRIMER only (BMW do this from the factory). They painted the inside of the boot with silver paint matching the alloy?!? - The under body colour was primer grey ffs!! also leaving overspray all over the carpets. Then to top it all off the rim finish fell apart within a matter of months, the paint literally flaked off in chunks

Ok, thanks for all the replies, especially about Bump.

No wonder they have gone quiet.

Ill give the others mentioned a try.
