oil temp

got a warning light to say oil temp -15-16 but oil pressure was good is it just a censor any feedback greatfully received

I'd say sensor has gone open circuit.

Sensor is located on dry sump tank rear face - - accessible through O/S front wheel arch.

About £15 from Racetech direct/Clever Trevor. If you get everything ready, you can swap sensor without draining tank/loosing too much oil.

cheers nawarne going back to the dealer on Monday so he,s going to have a look can it be sometimes the censor being tempermental like some tvr things but getting it check only had my Tuscan 3 weeks I don,t want this little thing to dampen my sprits I have always wanted one of these & to be honest not the best at hands on on the cars front but got to that age were I could afford to buy one ps thanks for your feedback from just outside RUGBY
