London to Brighton Off-Road 2013

I don't see any particularly recent references to this here, is anyone doing it? For anyone that has done it how did you arrange transport to and from the event? There are eight of us doing it for the first time this year. Seven of us are looking at travelling into London from Kent on the train. As for getting back from Brighton it looks to me that we're going to have to arrange a few cars to pick us up as they won't allow bikes on trains in Brighton that weekend.

Any experiences/advice? Also how did you find the event overall?

I'm doing it this year for the first time, with my brother. Really looking forward to it, it looks like a decent, though fairly relaxed route and a nice distance to cover. We plan to put the bikes on my car and get my wife to drop us in London and then collect us from Brighton.

It would be interesting to hear from anyone who has taken part in previous events.

I did it in 2011. Nice course, well managed event. Doing it again this year, thankfully a lot fitter than the last time I did it.
