348 over 328 as it's newer and I prefer the styling.

Cerbera is totally different car. Undoubtedly faster (in a dry straight line), it has a big boot and is a 2+2. For me though it is far too claustrophobic. Even coming from an open top Griffith, I find the 348 to be much more spacious and airy.

The Cerbera will stand mileage better on the resale value as TVR owners don't worry as much about such things. Servicing will be pretty similar, though make sure you have had a recent belt change if you go the 348 route as that is a £1500 hit.

If your daily mileage is not too huge, but gives the car time to at least get warmed up the 348 would do it for me - though a Cerbera 5 years younger will probably cost £10k less.

348 as its more modern.

And I wouldnt touch Rosso Corsa with a 5hity stick. My father has had a recent bad experience with them.

Have a chat with the guys at Verdi's and Scuderia Systems instead

You can’t go wrong with a good 328, totally bullet proof, but suffers with a very small cockpit.
As for the 348, it has a strong engine, but bodywork will always need attention.
The good thing about a Ferrari of that age is, if you look after it there will be very little depreciation,
TVR, week engine, poor build, but they do look good, and do go like stink!

Cheers Adam
