As some of you know, i suffer from reynauds disease and bought some mountain equipment gloves last year which were great but in very heavy rain they did get a bit damp. I'm now looking for 2 pairs of gloves for riding....

1 pair of full on winter gloves, windproof and waterproof an absolute must and very warm. Looking at these perhaps...

or these

but no idea which would be better gloves....?

also heard the lobster style gloves are pretty good.....

and i'm also after some thinner windproof and waterproof gloves for early winter or late autumn sort of weather.....any suggestions?

thanks chaps

I have these, Endura Strike: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/endura-strike-w...

Totally windproof, kept my hands warm and dry in everything except full-on monsoon conditions.

Hello fellow sufferer smile

Up to now I just use ski gloves if I needed to. Usually their waterproof and warm. TBH I have got so used to having white fingers I can't feel it doesn't really bother me that much. once I'm cold I'm fine, its getting there I don't like, because as you well know, that hurts!

If I carry on getting the miles in, I'm going to get more concered about my feet than fingers during the winter.

I use Altura Pro Gel windproof gloves but it looks like these would be warmer and more suitable for your needs

can anyone recommend some "cool autumn" style gloves.....when cycling into work this morning it was actually quite chilly! don't really have a pair of gloves suitable for somewhere around 7-12 degrees or so, annoyingly!

also going to get me some knee warmers as this time of year is annoying. cycle into work when bib shorts and jersey is too little....but when you leave bib shorts and jersey is perfect! wore arm warmers this morning which were a godsend. i have leg warmers but don't think i need those just yet!

Specialized Deflect gloves were/are (mine are from about 2007, so I presume the current ones are similar!) *very* good smile
